Who am I?

I have always been passionate about the relationship between language and culture. Both feed on each other and are in constant evolution, just like our society. Thanks to my experiences, I am now able to adapt to a wide range of media, understand the issues at stake and transcribe their content according to the communication strategies defined by their authors.

E. Mercier
After a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages, I very quickly became interested in the profession of translator, this shadow worker of whom no one speaks and who nevertheless plays a major role in the development of the phenomenon of globalization.

Graduated with a Master's degree in Arts, Literature, Languages, Mention Literature, Languages and International Affairs, Option Publishing Translation, I chose to complete my literary training by working alongside professionals of technical translation.

Thanks to these experiences, I am now able to adapt to a wide range of media, understand the issues at stake and transcribe their content according to the communication strategies defined by their authors.
Because understanding the Other is not only about paying attention to what he says, it is also about being attentive to the way he says things.

LEAVE NO ROOM FOR AMBIGUITIES

Call on a freelance translator means dealing with only one contact person.

Dealing directly with the person who will provide the service avoids any ambiguity that could depreciate your final documents.

ENTRUST YOUR DOCUMENTS TO A PROFESSIONAL

Remaining faithful to the original text and still adapting it to the target reader: translating is a balancing act.

And it is something you learn.

By entrusting your documents to a qualified professional, you ensure that you collaborate with a competent specialist, who will make the most appropriate use of the most appropriate tools and resources.
